Shanghai Guangying Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in July 2013 with a registered capital of RMB 5 million. Initially, the company primarily engaged in the sales and trade of mechanical equipment, electromechanical devices, instruments and meters, security products, hardware materials, and petroleum tools. Starting in 2016, it gradually invested in equipment procurement and employee training, progressively evolving into a specialized manufacturer and distributor of petroleum tools, and obtaining authorization to process Baosteel special‑threaded connections and Changbao special‑threaded connections.
